According to Oneness’s refund policy, refund requests can be requested only in case of numerology/ astrology consultations. The refunds will be processed back to the customer’s bank account within 5 to 7 bank working days via our payment gateway. By requesting a refund, customers authorize Oneness’s Quality Audit team to promptly investigate and address the issue.

The final decision on refunds rests solely with Oneness’s Quality Audit team, who will assess the validity of the request and ensure it addresses a significant flaw. Their decision is final and cannot be altered. The team is committed to rectifying any errors and ensuring that customer service meets expectations, striving to provide refunds whenever there is a lapse in quality. Refunds will be securely deposited into the customer’s bank account within the specified timeframe.

Refund requests are considered under various circumstances:

  1. Disturbances during calls, weak signals, or inaudible voices.
  2. Language barriers hindering communication.
  3. Delays or inappropriate responses from the astrologer.
  4. Delayed reports.
  5. Deviation from the report’s topic by the astrologer.
  6. Unavailability of the astrologer due to urgent matters.

Customers must submit refund requests within 12 hours of consulting with the partnered Astrologer and provide a valid reason. Our reports cannot be compared with any other numerologist’s/ astrologer’s report. Oneness does not guarantee the accuracy of predicted statements and bears no responsibility for them.
